Refund & Cancellation Policy FAQs

  • TRW 2026 will be held on March 14–15, 2026, at the Andaz Delhi, Aerocity, New Delhi, India. VIP ticket holders are also invited to a welcome dinner on March 13, 2026, with partner institutions.

  • We'll provide a dedicated Travel Page with all the necessary visa-related documents and instructions closer to the event.

  • Registration begins at 9:00 AM, with breakfast available at 9:30 AM. The Main Hall opens at 10:00 AM.

  • Please email the TRW team at trw@applyboard.com.

  • No, hotel accommodations are not included. The fee covers access to the event venue, all sessions, networking, and event materials.

  • Yes, refreshments and lunches will be provided on both days. Both General and VIP ticket holders are invited to the Gala Dinner. VIP ticket holders will also have access to an exclusive lounge.

  • No, registration is for the entire TRW 2026 event.

  • No, this is an exclusive in-person event to preserve the experience for those who attend.

  • Valet parking is available at the hotel. Please use the designated gate for valet parking or contact the hotel concierge for assistance.

  • A basic life support ambulance and a paramedic will be on standby 24/7 during the event. You can contact Anshna Chowdhury at +91 9953270490 in case of an emergency.

  • Ticket prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are available in limited quantities.

    ● VIP Tickets: CAD $500 (max 2 per company). This includes admission to the event agenda on March 13–15, 2026.

    ● General Admission Tickets

    ○ Early Bird: CAD $125

    ○ Standard: CAD $150 (available once Early Bird sells out)

    General admission covers the event agenda on March 14–15, 2026, only.

  • You can purchase tickets in one of two ways:

    ● Eventbrite: Pay directly via accepted payment methods.

    ● ApplyBoard eWallet: This option is available until March 10, 2026. Deductions will be made from your ApplyCredits and commission accounts, following a pre-set order.

    You may buy single or bulk tickets, but there is a maximum of 2 VIP tickets per company. After a 5-business-day processing time, you'll receive a unique redemption link.

  • ● VIP Ticket: Access to the event agenda on March 13, 14, and 15, 2026.

    ● General Ticket: Access to the event agenda on March 14 and 15, 2026.

    Please note that tickets cover event admission only. Travel, accommodation, meals, and visa costs are not included.

  • Tickets cannot be sold. However, each ticket may be transferred once to another individual listed in your ApplyBoard Recruitment Partner account. Transfers must be completed through Eventbrite before the event.

  • Yes. Each company may purchase a maximum of 2 VIP tickets. ApplyBoard reserves the right to limit general admission ticket purchases.

  • If you're having trouble finding your Eventbrite ticket, here are a few steps to help.

    First, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, confirmation emails get filtered there by mistake.

    If you still can't find it, you can log in to your Eventbrite account using the email address you used for the purchase. Your ticket will be available for download in the Tickets section.

    If neither of those options works, please email us at trw@applyboard.com. To help us find your order quickly, be sure to include the name and email address used for the purchase in your message. We'll be happy to look it up and resend your confirmation.

  • Email trw@applyboard.com with proof of your winning ticket. Once verified, you will receive a promo code to register for TRW 2026 at no cost.

  • ● 60+ days before the event: 100% refund in ApplyCredits (ticket price only, excluding taxes/fees).

    ● 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund in ApplyCredits.

    ● Less than 29 days before the event: No refund or credit.

  • You may receive a full refund (ticket price only, excluding taxes/fees) via the original payment method if you:

    ● Apply for a refund on or before February 10, 2026.

    ● Provide sufficient proof of visa denial.

  • ● Postponement: Your ticket will automatically roll over to the new date and/or platform.

    ● Cancellation: You will receive a credit to attend another TRW event within the next 12 months.
